At Scrubs, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
